The service processes technical session and job identifiers, minimal file metadata, error codes and security data needed to limit abuse, diagnose failures and maintain the service. File contents, passwords and full names are not logged.
Google Analytics loads only after explicit consent. Formotra disables advertising signals and ad personalization and does not send filenames, job IDs or converted content. Rejecting analytics does not remove any service feature.
Files and results are retained only for the period shown in the interface; operational backups also have limited retention. Consented analytics data is processed by Google under its settings and terms. Formotra's main processing runs on European infrastructure.
You can reject or withdraw analytics consent under Cookie settings. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection using the published contact channel. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
